SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: We are Acre Mortgage, a company specializing in mortgage services, including loan consultations, pre-approvals, refinancing options, and mortgage education. This messaging service is used to send you important notifications related to your mortgage request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and webinar confirmations and reminders.

Our messaging program only sends messages to customers who have explicitly opted in through our website at Acre Mortgage and have provided consent to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.
